目的尝试使用结构方程模型分析居民突发公共卫生事件健康素养，探讨将结构方程模型应用到突发公共卫生事件健康素养分析的可行性。方法采用南京市居民突发公共卫生事件健康素养的调查数据，构建结构方程模型，评估在突发公共卫生事件健康素养分析中应用可行性及价值。结果结构方程模型拟合较好，基本模型解释了潜变量与显变量之间的关系，结构模型反映了潜变量间的关系，模型选择的显变量是突发公共卫生事件健康素养的核心组成部分，潜变量能较好反映突发公共卫生事件健康素养状况。结论结构方程模型应用于突发公共卫生事件健康素养分析，经过试用，拟合效果显示模型较好，具有较强的探索性、实用性，并对将来深入研究具有指导意义。

英文摘要：

Objectives To analyze resident~ health literacy in Public Health Emergencies （PHEs） using Structural E- quation Modeling （SEM）, in order to explore the feasibility of applying SEM into analysis of residents＇ health literacy in PHEs. Methods The survey data of evaluation indexes of health literacy about PHEs of Nanjing residents was used to con- struct the SEM to assess the feasibility and value of that model in the analysis of health literacy about PHE. Results The SEM fitted well, the basic model explained the relationship between latent variables and observed variables, the structural model reflected the relationship between latent variables, the health literacy about PHEs was mainly explained by the ob- served variables , so the latent variables could well indicate the health literacy about PHEs. Conclusions After analyzing health literacy about PHEs using SEM, we found the model fit well, and this kind of analysis was worthy of exploratory and practicality, which could serve as a guidance for future researches.
