研究了溶剂极性对4′-二甲氨基查尔酮衍生物的紫外-可见光吸收及荧光性能的影响。结果表明,随着溶剂极性的增加,其紫外-可见光最大吸收波长红移,荧光发射波长也红移,荧光发射强度先下降后升高再下降,具有溶剂极性敏感的荧光特性,可用作荧光探针。
Effect of solvent polarity on the UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence of 4′-N,N-dimethylaminochalcone was studied in this paper,and the results showed that the maximum wavelength of UV-Vis absorption shifts to red scale with the increase of solvent polarity.Meantime,fluorescent emission wavelength also shifts to red scale,however,fluorescence emission intensity increased and then decreased after the first fall with the increase of solvent polarity,which indicate that chalcone derivatives have the polarity-sensitive fluorescent properties and therefore could be used as probe.
