采用高温固相法合成了Sn^4+、Sm^3+双掺杂的BaCeO3—BaZrO3固溶体——BaCe0.4Zr0.3Sn0.1Srn0.2O3-α(BCZSS)固体电解质材料,并进行了XRD、SEM测试表征。采用同位素效应、浓差电池等电化学方法研究了样品在873-1073K的离子导电特性。浓差电池测试结果表明样品在湿润氧气气氛中是离子(质子+氧离子)和空穴的混合导体,样品在湿润氢气气氛下存在氧离子导电性。H2O-Ar气氛下的电导率高于相同温度下D2O-Ar气氛下的电导率,表明该样品在含水气氛中是一种优良的质子导体。
Sn^4+ and Sm^3+ double-doped cerate-zlrconate(BaCeO3-BaZrO3 ) solution, BaCe0. 4 Zr0.3 Sr0.1 Sn0. 2 O3-α (BCZSS), was prepared by solid-state reaction method. The obtained ceramic was characterized by XRD and SEM. The ionic transport properties of BCZSS was investigated by isotope effect and gas concentration cells at the range of 873-1073K. The results indicated that the sample was mixed conductors of proton, oxide-ion and electronic hole in wet oxygen atmosphere and had the oxide ionic conduction in wet hydrogen atmosphere. The conductivity in H2 O-Ar atmosphere is higher than that in D2 O-At atmosphere, exhibiting an obvious isotope effect and a proton conduction in water vapor containing atmosphere.
