针对旋转离心机装配后机构存在偏心、预加载时间较长和加载转速限制等问题,提出了磁流变液延期解除保险机构等效旋转试验平台.该平台把旋转问题转化为了单向加载问题,从而实现了等效旋转,能在3ms内完成预加载,可精确加载到极高转速对应的载荷,能够精确测量磁流变液引信延期解除保险时间.等效旋转试验误差分析表明,经修正后等效旋转试验平台的等效误差不大于5%,能够很好地等效弹丸实际旋转时磁流变液的泄流情况.
For the problem of the device installed to the spinning centrifuges would exist eccentricity, the pre-load time of the spinning centrifuges is too long, and the speed limit for the spinning centrifuges? an equivalent rotation test-bed for MRF delay arming device was proposed. This test-bed transform the rotation problem into uniaxial loading problem to achieve equivalent rotation This Test-bed could complete the preload in 3 ms, and the load could reach accurately the values that was corresponding to the high speed, thus the delay arming time could been measured precisely. The equivalent rotation test error analysis showed that the equivalent error was less than 5% for the equivalent rotation test-bed after revision, and the discharge status in actual rotation could be equivalent successfully.
