用不同的制备方式制备了不同石墨含量的磁流变弹性体,搭建了影响磁流变弹性体电阻值的测试系统。通过对磁流变弹性体导电机理的研究,并考虑其他外加影响因子推导出了求解磁流变弹性体电阻值的近似表达式。结果表明:样品形状、石墨含量、制备方式以及外加磁场与外加载荷的变化都会对磁流变弹性体的阻值产生影响。
The magnetorheological elastomer(MRE) samples with different graphite contents were prepared by different fabrication methods. An experimental test rig was then set up to investigate the resistance of MRE under different conditions. By studying the conduction mechanism and adding other impact factors, the approximate expression of MRE's resistance was deduced. Results showed that sample shapes, preparation methods, graphite content, applied magnetic field and external loading influeced the resistance of MRE.
