利用火药在密爆腔燃烧的能量产生高冲击载荷,检验所设计的电流变缓冲器抗冲击性能,并验证控制系统和控制算法的可行性。在Simulink环境中建立电流变缓冲系统模型,并对控制算法进行了仿真分析。对不同固定电压加载阻尼力、不同控制加载方式及控制策略性能进行了分析比较。结果表明:模糊控制能够很好地达到缓冲系统提出的控制要求,具有最优的减振控制效果。研究结果为优化电流变缓冲器结构设计及其系统控制算法提供参考。
Energy from gunpowder combusting in a sealed explosive cavity was used to produce high impact load,the anti-impact property of the designed ER damper was tested. And the feasibility of control system and control algorithm was verified. Electrorheological buffer system model was established in Simulink environment,and the control algorithm was simulated and analyzed. Different fixed voltage load for damping force performance,different control methods and control strategy were analyzed and compared. The test results show that the fuzzy control algorithm has the best control effect. The results of the study provide reference to optimize the structure of electrorheological damper design and system control algorithm.
