中文摘要:

为了提高产品仿真建模的效率并增强仿真模型的可重用性,提出了一种机械产品虚拟样机运动模型的构建方法。利用仿真组件表达产品机构的设计知识,描述了机构中与运动学相关的各种信息。建立了关键设计参数与产品CAD模型设计信息之间的相互映射关系,通过修改关键参数实现快速重用机构的运动仿真模型。采用数值算法对模型进行分析求解,获得产品机构中各零部件的各种运动行为数据,并在虚拟环境中进行了运动仿真展示其运动学行为。该方法在虚拟环境下机械产品性能评测中得到应用,并利用某型号汽车的转向和悬架系统进行了验证。通过仿真实例表明,该方法具有较好的实用性和扩展性。

英文摘要:

In order to improve the efficiency of product simulation modeling and enhance the reusability of simulation model, a method for building kinematic model of virtual prototype of mechanical product is proposed. Simulation component is used to express the design knowledge of product structure, which describes various information in the structure related to kinematics. The mutual mapping relation between key design parameters and product CAD model design information is established. The kinematic simulation model of quick reuse mechanism is realized through modifying the key parameters. Numerical algorithm is used to carry out analysis and solution of the model, then various kinematic behavior data of parts and components in the product structure are obtained, and kinematic simulation is carry out in virtual environment to exhibit its kinematics behavior. The method is applied in performance assessment of mechanical products, and it is verified by using the steering and suspension systems of a certain type of motor car. Simulation examples show that the method has good practicability and expandability.
