分析了基于TBS建模设计过程中,从顶层基本骨架到子级基本骨架,再到零件产品信息逐层扩充的传递过程。分析了该过程中产品所具有的顶层基本骨架、子级骨架、零件三种信息状态,产品信息状态之间的信息传递具有串联、并联结构。分别针对产品信息状态转化的串联、并联、多路径等结构以及变型设计,提出通过计算转移概率来测度产品信息状态间的信息距离,为基于TBS自顶向下建模设计过程提供制造信息学方面的依据。
Three kinds of information states of the product information transfer process were intro- duced,which came from TBS to sub--basic skeleton or parts layer--by--layer. In the process, the product had TBS, sub--basic skeleton, parts three information states and the structures of the process were of series and parallel. And in terms of the structures of information transfer and variant designs, the information distance between the product information states was measured by calculation transi- tion probability. This method provides the basis of manufacturing informatics for design.
