On the base of analyzing product adaptive design and process, the extensive matter element model of product adaptive design and the character of conjugate and extension are proposed. Some product matter element models can be found by the extension of matter element model, the matter element exchange can clean up the conflicts in the design process, and the design method is explained by an angel grinder.
