在分析挖掘机器人液压控制系统的基础上,提出了基于模块化建模方法,利用MATLAB软件的动态系统分析软件包SIMULINK,建立挖掘机器人各个液压元件的动态数学模型,以及各种动力系统节能控制模型,实现了图形用户界面下易于参数修改的元件及子系统模块化模型,并对该液压控制系统模型进行了仿真研究。
Based on the analyses of the hydraulic system of modeling based on the modularization of the hydraulic and of a robotic excavator,it proposed a method energy-saving control system. A simulation model including the hydraulic components of the excavator is built within which the parameters of the subsystem model can be d easily with the graphical user inter.face. Finally some of the simulation results of the hydraulic and control model are given. It is shown that this digital model can simulate the hydraulic and control system of the robotic excavator primely.
