针对基于弹跳方程的轧制力宽度控制(RF-AWC)不能满足实际生产需求的问题,结合RF-AWC的控制原理和实际应用情况,提出一种采用轧机弹跳特征曲线方程进行宽度计算的新型RF-AWC。利用新型RFAWC对带钢宽度偏差进行调节,可以有效避免轧机刚度系数对弹跳方程的影响,从根本上解决了RF-AWC宽度计算的问题。针对卷取机建张造成的带钢头部缩颈问题,提出自适应缩颈补偿(NEC)策略,提高带钢头部宽度控制精度。现场应用效果表明,本文提出的宽度控制策略取得了良好的控制效果。
Aimed at the problem that traditional roll force automatic width control( RF-AWC) system based on spring equation cannot meet the requirements of practical production,a novel RF-AWC system,combining with the control method and application status of it,uses mill stretch characteristic curve which could effectively eliminate the influence of mill stiffness is proposed. And the neck compensation( NEC) system is developed to eliminate the necking phenomenon. The width control system has been applied successfully in a hot strip mill,and the results show that the control precision is improved significantly.
