板凸度是板形的主要精度指标,传统计算板凸度的方法主要包括解析法和影响函数法。影响函数法较解析法计算精度高,但计算程序复杂,需要大量迭代计算。采用显式动力学方法对薄板的冷轧过程进行了弹塑性有限元模拟,并在后处理中提取了厚度位移数据,计算了不同宽度薄板的出口板凸度。其次,用新日铁板凸度预测模型计算了相同规格板带的出口凸度,并对相同规格的板带做了轧制实验。最后,比较了模拟、理论、实验三种方法得出的凸度值,验证了模拟结果的准确性。
The strip crown is the main accuracy indexes for shape. Generally speaking,the traditional calculation method includs analytical method and influence function method. Although influence function method has higher accuracy than analytical method,whose calculation procedure is complex,and moreover,this method including a mass of iterative computations. It simulates the process of rolling sheet steel by elastic-plastic finite element method. In addition,the crown about different width of the sheet is calculated by the thickness of the displacement data collected in the post-processing.Then,the crowns are calculated by Nippon steel model,and the crowns are measured by the experiment of rolling. Finally,the crowns from simulation,theory and experiment are compared,and simulated result proves to be accurate.
