承载辊缝的横向刚度表示承载辊缝凸度抵抗轧制力波动而保持不变的能力。为分析板带轧机整个辊缝宽度的板形控制特性,提出了轧机全辊缝横向刚度的概念。以实验室四辊板带轧机为研究对象,利用三维弹塑性有限元模型,建立了耦合支撑辊轴承箱、轴承、轧辊和轧件的有限元分析模型,分析了轧件宽度、压下率、变形抗力和张力对辊缝内各点横向刚度的影响。研究结果表明,辊缝内各点横向刚度随着轧件宽度和张力的增加而增大,随着压下率和变形抗力增加而减小。
The transverse rigidity of load-carrying roll gap represents the ability of the load-carrying roll gap convexity remaining constant while resisting fluctuation of rolling force. To analyze the strip shape control characteristics of the entire roll gap,the concept of transverse rigidity along entire roll gap was proposed. For four-roller strip mill,the finite element analysis model coupling the bearing boxes of backup roll,bearings,rolls and rolled piece was established by the 3-D elastic-plastic finite element model,and influences of strip width,reduction rate,rolling resistance and tension on the transverse rigidity of each point in the roll gap of the four-roller strip mill were analyzed.The results show that the transverse rigidity of each point in the roll gap increase with the increase of strip width and tension,and decreases with the increase of reduction rate and rolling resistance.
