针对某双机架可逆四辊CVC(Continuous Variable Crown)冷轧机轧辊服役后期带钢出现二肋浪的情况,采用影响函数法对轧辊磨损前后轧机的板形控制特性进行了对比分析。综合考虑轧辊热辊形、磨损辊形以及辊系弹性变形和带钢张应力分布,结合轧机的板形控制策略,以加权的二次板形和四次板形偏差平方和为目标函数,利用二维单纯形搜索法开发了板形控制预设定模型。研究结果表明:工作辊磨损量较小,对轧机板形控制性能的影响较小;支撑辊磨损后期,带钢的二次凸度变化较小,而四次凸度值显著变大。现场工业实验表明该模型给出的预设定值提高了带钢的板形质量和板形控制的稳定性,减少了支撑辊服役后期带钢的板形缺陷,为改善该轧机产品的板形质量提供了理论参考。
For the issue of strip defects appearing at the end of the roll service period by two stands reversible four-high CVC ( Continuous Variable Crown) cold rolling mill, strip profile control properties before and after roll wear were analyzed comparatively by the influence function method. Then, based on a comprehensive consideration of roll temperature, roll wear, roll elastic deformation and strip tension distribution, regarded the weighted sum of square of quadratic and quartic deviations of strip shape as the objective function, a new preset model of shape control was developed by the two-dimensional simplex search method combining with shape control strategy of rolling mill. The results show that the wearing on the work roll is slight and has little effect on strip profile, while at the later stage of wearing on back-up roll, the change of quadratic buckle is small but with a remarkable quarter buckle strip defect. The results of practical application indi-cate that the shape quality and shape control stability are improved remarkably, and the shape defects are reduced at the later stage of the backup roll service period by the established shape preset model Theoretical reference is provided for the improvement on strip shape quality of this mill.
