近几年,食品安全问题频繁出现,影响范围甚广,已经引起政府和公众的广泛重视,政府有关部门也展开了相应的措施规制这个问题。结合我国食品安全规制的现状,建立包含11个指标的指标体系,并运用熵值法和主成分分析法进行赋权,测算出我国2003年—2009年食品安全规制的效果分数。结果显示,我国食品安全规制取得了较大的发展,规制效果明显。
In recent years,food safety problems appear frequently and affect a wide range,which has attracted wide attention from the government and the public. The relevant government departments also have launched the corresponding regulation measures to this problem. Combining with the current situation of China’s food safety regulation, this article establishes the index system that includes 11 indexes,and uses entropy method and the principal component analysis method to calculate the weights and estimate the effect of 2003-2009 of food safety regulation in China. The results show that China’s food safety regulation has made great development and regulation effect.
