宋代人口增长迅速、分布不均，土地兼并严重，使人口与土地矛盾突出。当时不少人就此提出解决思路：一是调整人口分布；二是实行限田；三是主张土地集约经营。从宋代解决人地矛盾的思想可以看出，对人地冲突的综合治理不仅有助于减轻人口对土地的压力，而且还可以缓和社会矛盾，维护生态平衡。

英文摘要：

There were some problems existing in land and population in Song Dynasty and many people put forward some solutions at that time. But according to the effective solutions in Song Dynasty, the author concludes some more effective methods to solve the problems.
