本文运用全球价值链（GVC）理论，构建了长三角出口导向产业集群攀升路径的理论框架，揭示了长三角出口导向产业集群攀升的制约因素，并探讨了长三角出口导向产业集群的攀升路径，即渐进式与跨越式攀升路径。指出政府应打破行政垄断、推进生产服务业发展、提升集群创新能力、培育具有国际竞争力的企业、加强产业集群品牌塑造，以为长三角出口导向产业集群攀升路径的实施保驾护航，从而摆脱跨国企业的“俘获式”治理模式。
英文摘要：
This paper, based on GVC theory, analyzes the upgrade path of Yangtze River Deha＇s export-oriented industry cluster. It researches the constraints of the upgrade path of Yangtze River Deha＇s export-oriented industry cluster, and proposes the upgrade path of Yangtze River Deha＇s export-oriented industry cluster. To promote Yangtze River Delta＇s export-oriented industrial clusters to rise global value chain, and shake out of ＂capture type＂ from multinational companies, it puts forward the government should break the administrative monopoly, promote production services, strengthen the cluster innovation, cultivate internationally competitive enterpri- ses, cultivate clusters brand.
