现代信息技术尤其是电子商务的发展,对传统专业市场形成了挑战,也带来了极大的机遇。文章以义乌小商品市场及相关电子商务企业为例,结合对1万家市场经营户的问卷调查和全国40余个专业市场的实地访谈,探析我国电子商务与专业市场联动发展的基本态势,总结得出电子商务与专业市场联动发展的三种主要模式和三个不同阶段,分析电子商务背景下我国专业市场功能、形态的创新,为我国众多专业市场的转型、升级提供实践依据。
The development of modern information technology, particularly the development of e-commerce, brings about both challenges and opportunities to traditional specialized markets. This paper takes Yiwu Commodity Market and the related e-commerce enterprises as an example, and combines the survey of 10,000 market operators and spot interviews of more than 40 specialized markets around China to analyze the interactive development between specialized markets and e-commerce in China. This paper derives three main models and three different stages of linking development between specialized markets and e-commerce, and analyzes the innovation of functions and morphology of China's specialized markets in the background of e-business. The result provides practical basis for restructuring and upgrading specialized markets in China.
