As one of the three major urban agglomerations of Zhejiang province,mid-Zhejiang urban agglomeration plays an important role in the economic and social development of central and western regions of Zhejiang province,Since the Size and functions of various cities in the rising mid-Zhejiang urban agglomeration are relatively weak, no individual city has the capacity to be the core city to promote regional development. By calculating and analyzing the comprehensive concentration index of cities in the mid-Zhejiang urban agglomeration, combining with the development tendency and location characteristics of each city, this paper identifies Jinhua - Yiwu joint Center as the core city of mid-Zhejiang urban agglomeration, and briefly analyzing the feasibility of the joint center and its significance.
