量子点(QD)因其优良的光谱特性已在生物学中获得广泛应用并有最新研究进展,如QD在细胞标记、活体和组织成像和光动力学治疗等生物学中的应用。随着其在科学研究中的应用越来越广泛,其潜在的生物学负效应和(或)毒效应也引起了国内外学者的关注,成了近年研究的热点。于是围绕降低QD毒性以进一步推广应用做了多方面的研究,本文简要阐述了QD的基本特性,QD在生物医学领域的应用及其潜在的毒性;重点阐述了几类对QD的表面修饰,以及各种表面修饰对降低QD毒性的作用;最后,对该领域的进一步研究进行了展望。
Quantum dots( QD) have been widely used in biology because of their good spectral characteristics,such as cell marker,tissue imaging,optical dynamic treatment,and other applications.However,the potential negative effects and /or biological poison effect have attracted worldwide attention. So how to reduce the toxicity of QD is worthy of more study. This paper introduces the basic characteristics of QD,their application in the biomedical field and potential toxicity with emphasis on a few types of surface modification to QD and on the effect of surface modification on reducing the toxic effects of QD. Finally,further research in this field is predicted.
