绩效问题是合作社持续发展的重要问题。以陕西省7个苹果重点生产县的131个苹果专业合作社成员的实地调研数据为基础,从社员异质性角度出发,对比社员合作社事务的参与程度及其对合作社运营情况的了解程度,构建有序Logit模型,分析社员对其所在合作社绩效评估的影响因素。结果表明,较弱的盈利能力是制约合作社发展的重要因素。建议合作社从均衡合作社利润分配方式、增大运营透明度、重视普通社员的需求等方面入手提高合作社运营绩效。
英文摘要：
Performance is a critical part of the sustainable development of cooperatives.The major aim of the paper is to make an in-depth comparative analysis of the performance assessment of cooperatives from the as- pects of member＇ s activities on cooperative participation, and evaluation on the development ability with the con- sideration of member＇ s heterogeneity.131 members in cooperatives in Shaanxi Province were selected from a field survey and the Ordered l_ogit model was employed to estimate the influents on cooperatives＇operational perform- ance.Empirical result reveals that the weak profit capability is the key constraint of the sustainable development of cooperatives. Finally, policy suggestions are recommended including improving the operational transparency, balancing the means of profit distribution, and paying closer attention to the needs of common members.
