对管理胜任特征结构的影响因素进行了分类,提出了影响管理胜任特征结构的三大因素,即外部环境、内部环境和任务环境。其中外部环境包括政治环境、经济环境、社会文化环境、行业环境四个因素,内部环境包括组织性质、组织文化和组织所处发展阶段三个因素,任务环境包括管理层次和管理职能两个因素。
This study classifies factors influencing the managerial competency structure, and puts forward three factors influencing the managerial competency structure, namely exterior environment, interior environment and task environment. Exterior environment include polity environment, economic environment, society and culture environment, industry environment. Interior environment include the nature of organization, organizational culture and the stage of organization's development. Task environment include management level and function.
