选用大孔吸附树脂对糖液/树脂、脱色时间和脱色温度进行单因素试验,并利用正交试验考察3种因素对蓝莓多糖脱色率和多糖保留率的影响。实验结果表明:大孔吸附树脂脱色的最佳条件是糖液/树脂12∶1,脱色温度50℃,脱色时间2 h,在该条件下蓝莓多糖的脱色率和保留率分别为66.86%和75.42%。
The single factor experiment was carried out with the addition amount,time and temperature of the macroporous adsorption resin. The effects of three factors on the decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were investigated by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the adsorption of macroporous adsorption resin were as follows: sugar / resin ratio was 12 ∶ 1,decolorization temperature was 50 ℃,and decolorization time was 2 hours. In the condition,the decolorization rate and the retention rate of blueberry polysaccharides were 66. 86% and 75. 42%,respectively.
