The single factor experiment was carried out with the addition amount,time and temperature of the macroporous adsorption resin. The effects of three factors on the decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate were investigated by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the adsorption of macroporous adsorption resin were as follows： sugar / resin ratio was 12 ∶ 1,decolorization temperature was 50 ℃,and decolorization time was 2 hours. In the condition,the decolorization rate and the retention rate of blueberry polysaccharides were 66. 86% and 75. 42%,respectively.
