以杂多酸(Keggin型磷钼杂多酸H3PM012O40)作为饰剂,制备了杂多酸修饰碳糊电极(H3PM012O40/CPE)。在电位窗口~0.3~1V及1.0mol/L H2SO4支持电解质中研究了碘酸钾在碳糊电极(CPE)及杂多酸修饰碳糊电极(H3PM012 O40/CPE)上的循环伏安行为,研究表明H3PM012O40/CPE电极对碘酸钾有一定的电催化还原作用;同时运用循环伏安法(CV)研究了碘酸钾在H2PM012O40/CPE上还原峰电流(Ipa)与其浓度的关系。实验结果表明:随着碘酸钾浓度的增加,还原峰电流也相应的增加,在1.0×10-2~9.0×10-5mol/L呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程:IPa(μA)=27.469+42.790C(10-3mol/L),r=0.998,检测限为7.1×10-5mol/L,(S/N=3)。用电化学交流阻抗法对杂多酸修饰碳糊电极的性能做了评价。利用该方法对市售的加碘盐样品进行了测定,取得了较好的结果。
Heteropolyacid modified carbon paste electrode (H3PM012O40/CPE) was prepared by using heteropolyacid (Keggin phosphorus molybdenum heteropoly acid H3PM012O40 ) as a modifier. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of potassium iodate at carbon paste electrode ( CPE ) and heteropoly acid modified carbon paste electrode (H3 PM012 O40/CPE) was investigated in potential window - 0. 3 - 1 V and 1.0 mol/L H2S04 supporting electrolyte. The results show that H3 PM012O40/CPE electrode has a certain electrocatalytic reduction effect on potassium iodate, the oxidation peak current was linearly dependent on the concentration of potassium iodate in the range of 1.0 × 10-2 -9.0 × 10-5 mol/L by cyclic voltammetry (CV) with a detection limit of 7.1 ×10-5 mol/L (S/N = 3), the linear regression equation: Iv, (p,A) = 27. 469 +42. 790 C( 10-3tool/L), r = 0. 998. The performance of the heteropoly acid modified carbon paste electrode was evaluated by electrochemical impedancespectroscopy (EIS). The proposed method was applied in the determination of potassium iodate in commercial iodized salt samples, and achieved good results.
