以三维复杂机电产品为布局问题的研究对象,提出了人机结合的智能布置设计算法,并建立了待布置部件、布置空间及布置实例的统一复合知识表达模型,将复合知识模型的概念贯穿于整个智能布置的设计过程。布局过程中采用人机协同的模拟退火算法,在充分发挥人和计算机各自的特长的基础上,实时调用知识模块和干涉模块进行各类约束检查。最后,结合编码工作进行了原型实验,实验结果表明此方法具有较好的实用性。
A human-computer interactive intelligent layout algorithm for solving the layout design problem of complex 3D mechatronic products was introduced. The parts, space and cases needing layout were expressed with a compound knowledge model, which was used in the whole process of designing the intellegent layout. In the process, the human-computer interactive simulated annealing algorithm was applied. The artificial modifying results were used to the layout process and the specialties of human and computer were exerted to the utmost respectively. The experimental result shows that this algorithm can provide an effective approach for the practically complex layout problems in engineering.
