饮食文化是一类重要的文化景观和旅游资源。首先在饮食文化内涵和构成分析的基础上,对曲阜“孑L府菜”的成功经验进行了分析和总结。其次通过对隆回花瑶饮食文化的实地考察,分析了花瑶饮食文化具有“熏”、“辣”、“杂”、“欢”的特点。最后借鉴“孔府菜”的成功经验,从挖掘饮食文化资源、营造文化氛围、加强宣传营销、推出地理标志商品等方面提出了若十建议,为隆回花瑶饮食文化开发提供参考。
The diet culture is an important cultural landscape and tourism resource. Based on the analysis of the canonization and components of diet culture, the paper derives some enlightenment from Confucian dishes. We made a field survey in Longhui County on the characteristics of Huayao diet culture such as smoked technique, spicy flavor, miscellaneous materials and happy atmosphere. Finally, some suggestions are put forward such as seeking for diet culture resources, creating a cultural atmosphere, strengthening marketing and promoting products of geographical indication.
