冲压成形数字化分析的大量结果中,存在许多隐含知识,但目前还缺乏有效的方法对其进行深层次的归纳分析,从而造成了知识的浪费。文章研究了一种基于粗糙集的知识发现方法,并详细论述了采用所提出的知识发现方法,从冲压成形过程数字化分析结果数据中提取新的工艺知识,并结合方形盒实例,验证了该方法的有效性,为冲压成形领域的知识发现提供了一条有效的新途径。
There are huge numbers of implicit knowledge in the large quantity of result data, on which further induction analysis still can not be played through effective methods, that's why the waste of knowledge is caused. A method of knowledge discovery which is based on rough sets is studied in this paper, and also a way how to distill new technical knowledge from the result data of digitized analysis of stamping process through the proposed method of knowledge discovery is discussed in detail. Combined with square box experiment, its validity has been validated and an effective new approach to the knowledge discovery in the field of stamping has been provided.
