以一台6缸车用柴油机为例,研究了其在变负荷及转速工况下表面辐射噪声声品质情况,为进一步提高整机声品质,开展柴油机结构声学设计提供理论基础.研究国内外车用柴油机客观评价特征,选取响度、尖锐度、粗糙度和波动度参量来进行该机型的客观评价研究;采用成对比较法对17个车用柴油机噪声样本进行主观评价研究,应用多元线性回归理论建立起该机型车用柴油机声品质预测模型.研究表明,响度是影响听众对车用柴油机噪声主观感受的最重要的因素,模型预测结果与主观评价试验结果相关系数序为0.841,多元线性回归模型预测值与主观评价实测值吻合度较高,所建立的声品质评价模型可用来预测该机型结构辐射噪声的声品质.
A six-cylinder diesel engine is taken as a sample to study the sound quality of the radiant noise varied with loads/speeds to improve radiant noise quality and provide theoretical foundation for the structurally acoustical design. Based on the objective evaluation of diesel engine radiant noise, five objective evaluation parameters consisting of loudness, sharpness, roughness and fluctuation strength are chosen to describe the objective characteristics of diesel engine noise. Perceptions of 17 engine noise samples are obtained by paired comparison jury test, and the prediction model of noise quality is established through multiple linear regression method. Results show that loudness is the most important factor among those affecting human perceptions of vehicle exhaust noise. The correlation coefficient between predictions and subjective assessment results is 0.841, a good agreement between prediction value and result of jury test. The model can effectively predict sound quality of engine radiant noise.
