对纯电动机场摆渡车的驱动电机、变速器和电池系统等参数的设计原则进行了分析,从车辆动力学角度确定了动力系统计算依据.分析了纯电动机场摆渡车的运行特点,研究确定了车辆行驶工况.利用CRUISE软件建立了纯电动机场摆渡车仿真模型,对动力系统匹配方案进行性能仿真.仿真得到整车的加速性能和续驶里程,计算了车辆在工况行驶下的电池功率输出曲线.仿真结果满足机场摆渡车的加速及续驶里程要求,符合车辆设计目标,整车动力系统匹配合理.
Abstract : It analyzes design criterion of motor, transmission and battery system for electrical airport ferry bus (EAFB), and the calculation basis of power system is defined from vehicle dynamics. The operation characteristics of the vehicle is analyzed, and the vehicle driving cycles is defined A power system model is established with CRUISE software, and the performance simulation is carried out. The acceleration performance and endurance mileage of the vehicle are simulated, also the battery power output curve is calculated. The simulation results meet the requirement of acceleration performance and endurance mileage, and the simulation results show design requirement is fulfiUed, and the matching design of power system is rational.
