针对某车型方向盘振动过大问题,以试验模态测试与频谱分析相结合的方法进行问题识别,发现传动轴共振是引起方向盘振动过大原因。对比增加动力吸振器前后传动轴模态频率及方向盘振动幅值的变化,试验结果表明方向盘的振动问题得以有效解决。
In experimental modal testing and frequency analysis, it was found that resonance of the drive shaft is the main reason of the large vibration amplitude of the steering wheel of a vehicle. Thus, dynamic vibration absorber was applied to the drive shaft for vibration reduction. The two cases for the drive shaft with and without absorbers were tested. And the modal frequencies of drive shaR and vibration amplitude of steering wheel for the two cases were compared and discussed. It shows that the absorber plays an important role in vibration reduction, and the problem of over-vibration of the steering wheel has been solved.
