A location service system based on GPS/GPRS/Web is designed and implemented.It includes terminal,mobile Internet,general gateway,LBS website and electronic map.In the process of implementing,it adopt general gateway compatible with various terminals to reduce the dependence of specific terminal;use electronic map adaptor to reduce the incursion of electronic map;adopt the push technology to deliver terminal location information to the client browser,and so as to solve the poor instantaneity existing in B/S structure.As Experience proves,it has the compatibility to a lot of（mobile） terminal,and can provide（mobile） terminal supervisory and navigation service.
