For the supply chain management, the key for the theory of the balanced scorecard, an intemal causality lished, which shows the relationship within learning and enterprise financial level, and in that analysis framework, enterprises is how much income it can produce. Based on analysis framework in supply chain management is estabgrowing, supply chain process, customer satisfaction and using the system dynamics simulation method, this paper discusses the contact between the whole supply chain operation efficiency and enterprise individual performance result, which shows the change of enterprise' s profit caused by the improvement of supply chain coordination time through causal chain eventually. In this way, the enterprise' s actual efficiency caused by supply chain management is calculated out, which helps to provide guidance for implementation of enterprise' s supply chain management project.
