Under the logistic service supply chain environment, this paper described logistic outsourcing process for logistics service integrator to select and evaluate functional logistics service providers. A multi-objective programming model and maximum satisfaction degree method is applied to optimize supplier combination. At last, it gives an example to demonstrate the validity and the practicability of the model.
