以过硫酸铵和硫酸锰为原料,采用水热法制备出不同晶型和形貌的MnO2,并采用X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和综合热分析仪等仪器对其进行表征。结果表明,采用合适的水热反应温度和时间可制备具有核壳结构的MnO2空心球,并发现该空心球主要由β-MnO2纳米棒构成。此外还探究了该纳米β-MnO2空心球在催化过氧化氢降解亚甲基蓝过程中的催化性能。
Nanosized MnO2 with different crystal structure and morphologies have been synthesized via hydrothermal method using(NH4)2S2O8 and MnSO4 as reaction agent.The phase and morphologies were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE一SEM) and Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Thermal analysis(TG-DTA/DSC).The results showed that hollow spheres MnO2 with core-shell structure have been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction.And it is revealed that the hollow spheres is mainly composed of β-MnO2 nanorods.In addition,the catalytic property of the nano-β-MnO2 for methylene blue has been studied in the catalytic degradation of hydrogen peroxide.
