以盐酸为分解剂,异辛醇为萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂,采用浸取萃取联合的方法对辽宁宽甸的低品位硼镁矿进行工艺处理以制备硼酸。采用离子交换分离-酸碱滴定法和络合滴定法分别对试样中硼和镁的含量进行测定。通过系列实验获得了优化工艺参数如下:反应温度95℃,反应时间60min,油相:水相:固相=4∶3∶1,酸量为1.05倍的理论酸量,萃取级数4~6级,稀释剂∶萃取剂=1∶1。在该工艺参数下,MgO和B2O3的分解率可达到95%以上,硼酸四级萃取率达到90%以上。
With hydrochloric acid as a decomposition agent,ethylhexanol as an extractant,and kerosene as a diluent,boric acid was extracted from low grade Kuandian szaibelyite from Liaoning by using the combined method of extraction and leaching.The amount of boron and magnesium in the sample was determined respectively by ion exchange separation,acid-base titration and complexometric titration.Optimized processing parameters are obtained through a series of experiments,and they are as follows: reaction temperature 95℃,reaction time 60 min,oil:water:solid=4:3:1,1.05 times the theoretical acid value,extraction times 4-6,thinner:extractant=1:1.Using these parameters,the decomposition rate of MgO and B2O3 can reach 95% or more and the boric acid yield after four extractions can reach 90% or more.
