测定了采自内蒙古呼伦贝尔市的笃斯越桔阴干成熟果实的营养成分.结果表明,笃斯越桔的阴干果实含有糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素PP、维生素A、维生素E、胡萝卜素,以及10种矿质元素和17种氨基酸,具有较高的食用价值.
Nutritional components in dry mature fruits of Vaccinium uliginosum L. collected from Hulun Buir of Inner Mongolia are analyzed in this paper. The results show that the dry mature fruits contain suger,crude protein, crude fat, crude fibre,VC, VB1, VB2, VPP, VA,VE,Carotene, 10 kinds of mineral elements,and 17 kinds of amino acid. Which show high level of edible value.
