针对曙光煤矿回采巷道薄层状顶板易离层、冒落,两帮收敛严重,底鼓量大,大断面巷道变形破坏严重的现象,根据组合梁理论,采用离散元数值模拟分析了该巷道顶板冒落机理,依据机理需增加巷道支护的护顶面积及加强整体性稳定性,顶板采用300 mm×300 mm×28 mm钢托盘及12号槽钢配合锚网索联合支护,两帮分别采用W钢托板及钢带配合2 000 mm长锚杆支护。观测结果表明支护效果显著,大断面巷道顶底板累计移近量及两帮收敛量分别为179和132 mm,比原有巷道变形减少20%以上。
According to the easy separation and falling of thin bedded roof,the serious convergence of the two side walls,high floor heaves of the mining gateway and the serious deformation and failure of large section mine roadway in Shuguang Mine,based on the combined beam theory,a dispersed element numerical simulation was applied to analyze the roof falling mechanism of the mine roadway.Base the mechanism,the roof protected area of the roadway support should be increased and the stability of the roadway integration should be enhanced.300 mm × 300 mm × 28 mm steel plate and No.12 U-steel with the bolt/steel mesh/anchor combined support system was applied to roof support and the W steel plate and the steel band with the 2 000 mm long bolt was applied to the support of the two side walls.The observation results showed that the support effect was obvious.The total roof and floor convergence value and the two side wall convergence value of the large section gateway were 179 mm and 132 mm individually and were reduced over 20% than the previous gateway deformation.
