针对不具备保护层开采条件的突出煤层存在保护巷与被保护巷合理位置难以确定的问题,采用现场实测方法,分别研究了4种不同位置的保护巷在被保护巷(煤巷)掘进和工作面回采过程中,其围岩的变形规律以及锚杆索受力状态,并对比分析了不同位置条件下底抽巷的防突效果,结合矿井现有支护方式与支护技术,提出了保护巷与被保护巷间合理的平距为5 m,减少了钻孔工程量,提高了瓦斯抽采效果。
Aiming at the difficulty of location determination of protective roadway and protected roadway in coal mine which has not the condition of protective layer mining,using the methods of field measurement, the changing laws and force condition of anchor cable of protective roadway in four different positions were studied in the process of proteeted coal roadway driving and working face mining. Outburst prevention effects of floor drainage roadway in different positions were also analysed ,too. According to the current supporting ways and supporting methods ,it was proposed that the reasonable horizontal distance between protective roadway and protected roadway is 5 meters. With the determination of this parameter,the construction quantity of borehole drilling can be reduced,gas drainage effect can be improved.
