研究开发了适用于松软突出煤层的筛孔管下放配套设备,对比分析了3组钻孔平均瓦斯浓度和流量数据.研究表明,全程下筛孔管61 d钻孔平均浓度比半程下筛孔管、不下筛孔管分别提高了1.24,1.66倍;全程下筛孔管60d钻孔平均流量比半程下筛孔管、不下筛孔管分别提高了1.67,2.86倍,瓦斯抽采效果显著.
It has researched and developed the mating equipment to the sieve tube putting down which is suitable for soft outburst coal seam in this paper,and it has contrasted and analysed three groups of borehole average gas concentration and gas flow test data. Re- search shows that,the average gas concentration of the drilling hole increased 1.24 times and 1.66 times after putting down sieve tube for 60 days in the whole course compared with the half-course putting down sieve tube and no sieve tube, the average gas flow of the drilling hole increased 1.67 times and 2.86 times after putting down sieve tube for 60 days in the whole course compared with the half- course putting down sieve tube and no sieve tube. Gas drainage effect is very good.
