企业技术能力的积累和发展是不断获取外部互补性或（和）辅助性知识并实现与内在能力整合激活的过程，该过程的实现需要焦点企业通过外部知识型服务机构建立合作联盟，建构起外部知识网络．本研究从制造企业需求角度，从互补性与辅助性维度深入剖析制造企业所开展的外部知识型服务活动与其技术能力结构之间的关系与作用机理，并以某低压电器制造企业为例进行佐证．
英文摘要：
The accumulation and development of enterprises＇ technological capabilities are the processes that focal enterprises acquire complementary knowledge or （and） supplementary knowledge to integrate and activate inner capabilities by establishing cooperative alliance and external network of knowledge. From the complementary and supplementary perspectives, it analyzes the mechanism and the relationship between the external knowledge intensive service activity and the structure of the technological capability of manufacturing enterprises, and takes a low-voltage apparatus enterprise to make a case study.
