为了适应我国研究生教育战略转型的需要,本文提出了三种研究生教育评估新思维:树立常态思维,发挥监测评估的功能;建立平等思维,尊重利益相关方的多元价值;强化开放思维,重视过程和结果的公开透明。应该处理好研究生教育评估的四对辩证关系:评估指标要把握单维与多维,评估内容要兼顾个性与共性,评估方法要协调质性与量化,评估要素要统筹过程与结果。
Three new thoughts on graduate education evaluation are proposed to facilitate the strategic transformation of graduate education in China. They are. maintaining a constant monitoring evaluation system, establishing equal relationships among parties of different interests and values, and stressing an open-minded attitude to ensure openness and transparency of the process and outcome of evalua- tion. The article suggests that four pairs of dialectic relationship should be properly handled, single di mension versus multiple dimensions as index (es) of evaluation, universality versus particularity in the content of evaluation, quality versus quantity in the methods of evaluation, and process versus outcome as essential elements of evaluation.
