为揭示加拿大披碱草(Elymus canadensis L.)新品系大、小孢子的发育特点及开花习性,采用石蜡切片法对大、小孢子发育做了解剖研究;在开花期观测开花动态,并采用回归法分析了开花与温湿度的关系.结果表明:加拿大披碱草新品系花粉母细胞减数分裂属于连续型胞质分裂,胚囊发育类型属于单孢子胚囊.在呼和浩特地区加拿大披碱草新品系于每年7月中、下旬开花,开花持续期约为2周,开花第6天达到高峰,盛花期约7d,开花时间集中于每日下午13:00-18:00时.开花适宜温度为28℃左右,相对湿度为43%左右.
Characteristics of microspore and megaspore development and flowering habits of new Elymus canadensis L. strain, and its development of microspores and megaspores were observed by paraffin meth- od. Flowering dynamic was counted during flowering stage using a regression method to analyze the rela- tionship between flowering, temperature, and humidity. Results showed that the meiosis of pollen mother cells was by successive eytokinesis, and the embryo sac development was of a single spore. In the Hohhot area, there is a new strain of flowering in the middle and late July each year. The flowering stage was about two weeks and the bloom stage was about seven days. The flowering number reached maximum on the sixth day. The flowering time focused on 13.00 to 18.00 in the afternoon every day. The optimal tempera- ture was about 28℃ and optimal relative humidity was about 43 % for flowering.
