ZHANG Hoiyi, joined Research Institute of Tele- communications Transmission (RITT), China Acad- emy of Telecommunication Research (CATR), Minis- try of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT) in 1996. Now she is working as the Director of Transport and Access Research Department. She is experienced on the research of transport network standard, technical consultation, network equipment evaluation and field trial. She gained National Science and Tech- nology Progress prize twice. Now she is focusing on the research of technology and standard such as high speed transmission, OTN, PTN and etc. Email: zhanghaiyi@ritt.cn ZHAO Wenyu, was born in Gansu Province, China in 1974. He received the Ph.D. degree in Beijing Univer- sity of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China in 2002. Currently, he is with the Research Institute of Communication Standards, China Acad- emy of Telecommunication Research (CATR), Ministry of Industry and Information Technotogy of the Peo- ple's Republic of China (M~T). His main research interests include 40G/lOOG/beyond 100G high-speed optical transmission technologies, OTN transport network and evolution technologies, and related standardization. WU Bingbing, was born in Jilin Province, China in 1984. She received the Ph.D. degree in Beijing Univer- sity of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPI), Beijing, China in 2012. Currently, she is with the Research In- stitute of Communication Standards, China Academy of Telecommunication Research (CATR), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT). Her main research interests include high-speed optical transport network, optical interconnection between datacenters, and photonic signal processing technologies.
