目的:对产自河北、广西、江西、江苏、云南5个产区的枳实样品进行宏观成分的整体鉴别。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、二阶导数谱和二维相关谱三级鉴别技术分析5个产地枳实的特征谱峰。结果:一维图谱中5个产地枳实原粉在400—4000cm^-1整体峰形较为相似,有7个共有峰,各产区枳实的整体化学成分基本相似,二阶导数谱上云南枳实的特征峰少且钝,江苏、江西的谱峰较多,峰形较尖锐。在二维相关谱上,5个产地枳实形成的峰簇的数目和位置有明显差异。结论:三级红外光谱的谱学特征可以作为鉴别不同产地枳实的依据。
Objective : To compare the Immaturus of different origin Places. Method: By and two-dimensional related spectral analysis of IR differences of the chemical constitutions of Frutus one-dimensional FT-IR spectroscopy, second derivativ spectra, the features of these spectrum peaks of Frutus Aurantii e spectra AurantiiImmaturus were identified. Result: In one-dimensional map, the raw materialof Frutus Aurantii Immaturus from 5 different origins had the similar peak shape among the rang of 400-4 000 cm-1, and 7 common peaks. Frutus Aurantii Immaturus from each origin place had the same chemical content. In the second derivative spectra the characteristic peaks of Frutus Aurantii Immaturus from Yunnan were less and blunter, the more peaks of Frutus Aurantii Immaturus from Jiangsu and Jiangxi were found, and the shapes of peaks were sharp. The two-dimensional related spectral map showed there were obvious differences between the peaks of Frutus Aurantii Immaturus from 5 different origin places. Conclusion: This IR spectra technique can identify Frutus Aurantii Immaturusof different origin places.
