药源性心律失常是临床常见的主要医源性疾病之一,主要因不合理临床用药所致.本文综述了与药源性心律失常发生相关的心肌细胞离子通道、Ca2+-CaM-CaMKII信号通路、G蛋白信号通路的最新研究进展,阐述了药源性心律失常发生的分子机制,以期有利于防治药源性心律失常的药物的发现与研究.
Drug-induced arrhythmia is one of the main drug- induced clinical disease, which is mainly caused by unreasonable clinical medication. This article reviewed the lastest research progress of myocardial cell ion channels, Ca2+-CaM-CaMKII and G protein signaling pathway that related to drugs-induced arrhythmia, and set out the molecular mechanism of it ,for contributing to research the new drugs of cure drug- induced disease.
