目的研究鸡卵清提取液是否有促进间充质干细胞增殖的作用。方法分离培养C57小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞,并用细胞增殖检测试剂盒检测培养基、PBS、HBSS和鸡卵清提取液不同终浓度、不同培养时间对细胞增殖的作用。结果鸡卵清提取液在不同终浓度、培养不同时间条件下,对细胞的促增殖作用都大于培养基、PBS和HBSS。结论鸡卵清提取液能促进C57小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞增殖。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate whether the extract from chicken ovalbumin has the promotion effect on the mesenchymal stem cell proliferation. Methods C57 mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were isolated and cultured. Cell proliferation assay kit was used to detect the effects of culture medium, PBS, HBSS, and chicken ovalbumin extract with different final concentration and different culturing time on cell proliferation. Results Under the conditions of different final concentration and different culturing time, chicken ovalbumin extract had a greater effect on cell proliferation than the culture medium, PBS, and HBSS. Conclusion Extract from chicken ovalbumin can promote the proliferation of C57 mouse bone marrow mesenchymal stem ceils.
