通过驯化污水处理厂的活性污泥,获得降解油烟污染物的优势菌群。驯化期间分析生物相的变化规律、特点及其指示作用。25 d后,VSS/SS值由71%减小到64%,微生物量达到平衡状态。污泥沉降性能良好,生物相复杂丰富,油烟气体洗涤去除率达到80%以上,液相油烟污染物在前12 h时降解速率最大,可达0.558 mg/(L·h),比降解速率为0.001 699 h~(-1)。通过GC-MS对油烟组分共鉴定出36种化合物,其中醛类8种、酸类7种、醇类5种,共占总质量分数的73%,为油烟污染物的主要成分。
The dominant predominant microflora degrading pollutants from cooking fume could be obtained through accumulation of the activated sludge in the aeration pool of the sewage plant. The changing of biomass in accumulation and characters with indicative function were analyzed, and the amount of VSS/SS decreased from 71 % to 64% and the biomass reached a balance after 25 days. Sludge settling performance is quite good, with rich microbes and the removal rate on pollutants of cooking fume above 80%. The results showed that degradation rate can reach 0.558 mg/(L·h) in the first 12 hours, and specific degradation rate can get to 0.001 699 h~(-1). 36 kinds of compounds from cooking fame were determined by GC-MS and mainly components of pollutants from cooking fume included 8 kinds of aldehydes, 7 kinds of acids and 5 kinds of alcohols, accounting for 73% of total amount.
