以预处理后的糖蜜酒精废液为培养基,从糖蜜酒精废液中筛选得到纯菌种,经鉴定,该菌种为黑曲霉组(Aspergillus niger group)。采用改性蔗渣灰活性炭包埋活体黑曲霉的方法制成固定化生物活性炭,以固定化小球为材料,糖蜜酒精废液为研究对象,通过单因素实验研究固定化小球降解预处理后的糖蜜酒精废水的实验条件。结果表明:当温度为22℃,pH为5,投加量为20 g·(50 mL)-1,培养8 d,固定化小球降解糖蜜酒精废液的效果最好,COD和色度的降解率分别达到92.90%和52.34%。
A strain that could degrade COD and chroma was isolated from molasses wastewater. The strain was identified during screening on a medium mainly composed of molasses wastewater,which was pretreated with modified bagasse ash. The strain was identified as Aspergillus niger group and was embedded in powdered activated carbon to prepare activated carbon containing immobilized fungal cells. The rates of degradation of COD and chroma were then evaluated. Experimental conditions were optimized in single-factor experiments. The results revealed the following optimal conditions: temperature 22 ℃,pH 5,doses of 20 g /50 mL,and incubation time of8 days. The degradation rates of COD and chroma reached 92. 90% and 52. 34%,respectively.
