将取自某糖厂的糖蜜酒精废水稀释约100倍,并经过改性蔗渣灰活性炭吸附后,选用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器进行处理。控制UASB反应器温度为40℃,进水流量为450mL/h,进水pH为6.5~7.2。结果表明,经过30d后,UASB反应器运行稳定,COD去除率达到60%,色度去除率达到25%,SO4~(2-)去除率达到20%,产气量为60mL/L。
The raw molasses alcohol wastewater from a sugar factory was diluted 100 times. After the adsorp-tion of modified bagasse ash activated carbon,a up-flow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) reactor was selected to treat the molasses alcohol wastewater with the temperature of 40 ℃ , inlet flow velocity of 450 mL/h and influent pH of 6.5-7.2. The results showed that after 30 d of domestication, the UASB reactor was stable. The removal efficiency of COD,chromaticity and SO4 reached 60% ,2 5% and 20% respectively,and the gas production was 60 mL/L.
