14-3-3蛋白家族广泛存在于真核生物中,序列高度保守。主要以同源或异源二聚体形式存在,可以同时与两个靶蛋白或者与一个靶蛋白的两个结构域相互作用,通过与靶蛋白上的一小段共有序列的磷酸化丝氨酸/苏氨酸残基结合来发挥其调控功能。本文综述了植物中的14-3-3蛋白及其主要功能,并重点综述了14-3-3蛋白对植物基本碳、氮代谢的调控。
The family of 14-3-3 proteins exists in all eukaryotic organisms with highly conserved sequence,which acts mainly as homodimers or heterodimers.The 14-3-3 proteins interact with two targeting proteins or two different domains in one targeting protein simultaneously.The regulatory function of 14-3-3 proteins is mainly mediated by phosphoserine/phosphothreonine residues with the targeting proteins.In the present review,summarize 14-3-3 proteins in plants and crucial physiological action,and focus on the regulation of carbohydrate and hitrogen metabolism by 14-3-3 proteins.
